The 2,400 seat SAFE Credit Union Performing Arts Center is celebrating over 40 years as the heart of Sacramento’s Downtown Entertainment District. As the home of Broadway Sacramento, Sacramento Ballet, Sacramento Opera and Philharmonic and the Sacramento Speaker Series, the Center has played host to Broadway blockbusters like Wicked and The Lion King, delighted tens of thousands of families with the Ballet’s annual production of the Nutcracker and enjoyed stimulating conversation with speakers like Bill Gates, Steve Wozniak, and the Barefoot Contessa!
